About the Artist
Lira Priyadarsani has been painting seriously since the age of 13 and had her first exhibition when she was 15 years old.
She passed out from IIM A in 1993.
While on campus for 2 years she sketched various aspects of life - architecture, events, that celebrated life in IIM A. Her family, friends and batchmates from IIM Ahmedabad remember her as the official chronicler of events, situations and places of life around. In this exhibition she draws upon all the things that make IIM Ahmedabad special.
Her first exhibition on IIM A, was a resounding success having been covered in various newspapers and on tv. Her second exhibition continues in its tribute to her alma mater and extends to the new campus that has been built a couple of years ago.
